Experteer Overview In this role you own and shape world-class planning processes within the Service Supply Chain Planning COE, using process expertise, analytics, and ERP knowledge to deliver scalable designs and measurable outcomes. You collaborate across functions to align process design with data-driven insights and system capabilities, while mentoring colleagues and raising planning maturity. The work centers on transforming planning domains such as inventory, deployment, and lifecycle to improve service, inventory, and cost KPIs. You will partner with cross-functional teams and drive adoption of standardized processes that enable scalable, end-to-end planning.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Lead design and deployment of best-in-class planning processes within the assigned domain
- Define scope, milestones, risks, and dependencies for transformation initiatives
- Break down complex planning problems into process workstreams and deliverables
- Drive stakeholder alignment on design, standardization, and adoption priorities
- Provide analytical rigor with structured analyses, options, and actionable recommendations




- Manage process governance, documentation, reporting, and communication
- Deliver measurable business outcomes across service, inventory, and cost
- Own end-to-end design and continuous improvement of planning processes
- Benchmark and shape standardized, scalable solutions across planning areas
- Develop and maintain process documentation, rules, adoption materials, and standards
- Define and track process KPIs and identify root causes and opportunitiesResponsabilidades
- Bachelor in Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering (degree requirement)
- 7-10+ years in supply chain planning, process design, or transformation roles
- Experience in supply chain planning process design and continuous improvement
- Hands-on exposure to ERP, advanced planning tools, data, and transformation initiatives
- Strong analytical ability to translate data into insights and recommendations
