Experteer Overview In this role you will own the pricing and promotions strategy for Glovo's Micro Fulfillment Centers, leveraging data to balance attractiveness and profitability. You will collaborate with Data Analytics, Growth, and Local teams to design and run pricing initiatives, and to build the playbook for ongoing optimization. You will design experiments (including A/B tests) and translate results into actionable recommendations. You will manage stakeholder relationships across Delivery Hero and Glovo teams, driving adoption of central solutions where needed. This is an opportunity to shape pricing in a fast-evolving Q-commerce environment and directly impact unit economics.Compensaciones / Ventajas
- Own the overall product pricing and promotions playbook for MFCs
- Structure and shape pricing initiatives; develop project plans and synthesize data
- Lead analyses and develop final recommendations
- Design experiments and interpret results with the data team




- Drive clarity and solve ambiguous business problems using data-driven approaches
- Lead change management and migration to Delivery Hero solutions
- Interact with Delivery Hero and Glovo global/local stakeholders (Finance, Category Managers, UX, Marketing, Growth)
- Collaborate with colleagues to grow professionally and deliver impactResponsabilidades
- Minimum 4 years of work experience in a related field
- Excellent analytical skills and strong business understanding
- Self-driven with ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders
- Empathetic, inclusive, curious attitude
- Advanced Google Suite skills; SQL is a plus
- University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent (preferred)
