Experteer Overview In this role you lead the Platform, Services u0026amp; Solutions teams within Verisure's Technology Hub in Madrid, driving SDLC improvements and scalable, multi-country IT solutions. You will shape and mentor engineering squads to deliver platforms, tools, and services that enable development teams to build, test, deploy, and operate software. You’ll partner with stakeholders across IT and business units to manage delivery and budgets while fostering innovation. - Lead a set of Platform, Services u0026 Solutions teams and define/execute processes, tools and platforms for SDLC optimization
- Develop and nurture high-performing teams including Product Owners, technical roles, and software quality engineers
- Set team objectives, manage dependencies, and support cross-organizational problem solving
- Own domain scope: solutions, delivery, service operations and budget, leveraging team performance
- Stakeholder management across IT and business units and manage interlocution with C-level stakeholders
- Rationalize business needs, prioritize with Product Owners,



and negotiate within IT budget
- Manage providers and foster win-win relationships; drive innovation acrosssolutions and countries
- Empower teams to deliver multi-country, scalable solutions aligned with integral IT standards
- Contribute to evolving organizational practices, leadership, and ways of workingResponsabilidades
- Bachelor's Degree Computer Engineering / Telecommunications Engineering
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- 4–5 years leading engineering teams
- Experience developing not only technical roles but Product Owner or Scrum Master
- Stakeholder management in a multi-country context and exposure to C-level stakeholders
- Budget and capacity management; cloud ecosystems knowledge
- Experience with AI initiatives in last 1–2 years
