Experteer Overview As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will own the full hiring cycle across technical and non-technical roles to bring top talent to Lingokids. You will partner with hiring managers, build strong candidate pipelines, and drive a data-informed, candidate-centric recruiting process. You’ll leverage AI tools to speed up sourcing and screening while maintaining a high-quality experience for all candidates. - Own the end-to-end recruitment cycle from kickoff to offer acceptance
- Proactively source for hard-to-fill roles and adapt to market signals
- Partner with hiring managers to align on profiles, scorecards, and feedback
- Coach managers on TA processes, structured assessments, and best practices
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring roles and keep finalists warm
- Track recruitment KPIs, identify risks, and propose process/tooling improvements
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience and ensure a clean, data-enabled ATS

- 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition, managing multiple searches end-to-end
- Experience hiring technical and/or creative roles in tech, gaming, or entertainment
- Strong sourcing skills: LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search; engaging passive candidates
- Comfort with data analysis of recruitment funnel and performance metrics
- Excellent stakeholder management and clear communication with hiring managers and leadership
- Hands-on experience with AI tools in recruitment for sourcing, screening, or automation
- Track record of delivering a positive candidate journey from first contact to offer
