About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Data Analytics Lead to lead our analytics function and help shape the future of data-driven decision‑making across the company.

In this role, you will combine hands‑on technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, managing a small team of analysts while working closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Data Science teams. You will drive analytical initiatives, establish best practices, improve data quality, and transform complex datasets into actionable business insights.

What You'll Do

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 2–3 Data Analysts , providing guidance, setting priorities, and fostering a collaborative, high‑performing culture.

Own complex analytical projects from discovery to delivery, translating large datasets into clear, actionable business recommendations.

Design, build, and maintain dashboards and visualizations that provide stakeholders with meaningful insights and support strategic decision‑making.

Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Data Science,



and other business teams to identify opportunities and solve complex business challenges through data.

Work hands‑on with dbt to build and maintain scalable data transformation models.

Develop, optimize, and maintain efficient SQL queries across modern analytical databases, including Click House , Google Big Query , and Amazon Athena .

Promote high standards for data quality, documentation, governance, and reproducibility across the analytics function.

Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to improve data pipelines, warehouse architecture, and reporting infrastructure.

Drive the adoption of analytics best practices, ensuring reliable, scalable, and maintainable data solutions.

Present findings and recommendations to technical and non‑technical stakeholders, including senior leadership.

Support the Data Director in defining the long‑term analytics strategy and continuously improving the company's data maturity.

What We're Looking For

2+ years of experience leading or managing data teams , or 1–2 years in a senior analytical role with ownership of end‑to‑end projects.

Proven experience managing, mentoring, and developing analysts.

Strong hands‑on experience with dbt for data transformation and modeling.





Excellent SQL skills and experience working with modern analytical databases such as: Click House, Google Big Query , Amazon Athena.

Experience building dashboards and visualizations using: Apache Superset, Tablea , Power BI.

Proven experience designing, building, and optimizing reliable and scalable data pipelines.

Strong understanding of data engineering principles, data modeling, and analytics best practices.

Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into practical business recommendations.

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.

Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced technology environment.

Nice to Have

Experience with Python for analytics, automation, or data engineering.

Experience working with cloud‑based data platforms and modern data architectures.

Knowledge of experimentation, A/B testing, and statistical analysis.

Experience in SaaS, mobile applications, gaming, ad tech, or market research industries.
