Experteer Overview In this role you will shape and execute Aristocrat’s HSE strategy across the EMEA region, driving a proactive safety culture and strong governance. You will partner with senior leaders to align safety with business objectives and manage risk through data-driven insights. You’ll act as a trusted advisor on HSE trends, compliance, and improvement initiatives, influencing cross-functional teams. - Analyze trends to identify emerging risks and support strategic decision-making

- 8+ years in HSE leadership within large, matrix organizations
- Experience operating across EMEA with regulatory knowledge
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cultural change
- Expertise in risk management, incident investigation, and HSE systems
- Strong commercial sense aligning safety with business outcomes
- Analytical capability to translate data into decisions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
- Experience leading change and continuous improvement
- Relevant qualifications in Health u0026 Safety, Environmental Management, or related fields
