Experteer Overview In this role you will act as a strategic HR partner for Solenis’ Eurasia corporate functions, guiding people strategy and organizational design during a period of rapid global growth. You will influence senior leaders, collaborate with global HR COEs, and lead high-impact workforce initiatives across finance, IT, legal, HR, and corporate communications. Expect to drive transformation through mergers, acquisitions, integrations, and redesigns while shaping a high-performance culture. - Serve as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders and align HR support with organizational objectives
- Act as an integrated HR partner ensuring consistency across general HR practices and business functions
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to design and deploy scalable solutions
- Establish operating rhythms between business clients and the global HR team to drive effectiveness
- Drive workforce planning and translate people strategy into actionable programs
- Lead talent management strategies including performance reviews, career development, talent reviews, and succession planning




- Lead organizational development efforts such as change management and organizational design
- Provide executive coaching on complex people-related matters
- Foster engagement and retention through culture-building activities and recognition programs
- Oversee Lu0026D, DEI initiatives, and collaboration with Talent Acquisition

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 12+ years of strategic HR experience with strong business partnering background
- Direct experience in transformations, Mu0026A, carve-outs, IPOs, start-ups, or due diligence
- Global experience in a complex multinational environment
- Strategic thinking with ability to translate vague concepts into actionable plans
- Hands-on, action-oriented mindset with ability to work as an individual contributor
