Experteer Overview In this role you will define and lead Bacardi’s global People Analytics strategy, transforming HR from basic reporting to a predictive, insight-led function that drives business impact. You will partner with Tech Du0026amp; A to align data platforms and governance, delivering mature analytics across attrition, skills, and workforce costs. You’ll enable self-serve insights, executive-level storytelling, and a culture of data-driven decision making. - Develop a multi-year People Analytics strategy aligned with enterprise Du0026A standards and data architecture
- Lead data governance for HR in partnership with Tech, ensuring privacy compliance and ethical data practices
- Rationalise and modernise HR dashboards and reporting, enabling self-service tools and predictive insights
- Drive data-driven decision making across HR and the business with change management and enablement programs
- Deliver high-value workforce insights across the value chain (skills forecasting, mobility, diversity,



succession risk) using AI/ML and external market intelligence
