Experteer Overview In this role you will lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition and employer branding for the Iberia region, partnering with business leaders to attract top talent and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience. You will drive local employer branding initiatives, collaborate with global centers of expertise, and oversee partnerships with vendors and RPOs to support expansion. The role sits in People u0026amp; Culture and offers exposure to global, multicultural teams and strategic transformation. - Lead Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding and Early Careers activities for Tabaqueira
- Support TA strategy as a senior team member
- Develop and implement attraction and recruiting strategies aligned with PMI priorities
- Utilize varied sourcing methods (job boards, social media, events, pipelines)
- Lead assessment and selection, including interviews and assessment centers
- Partner with Hiring Managers and stakeholders to ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience
- Collaborate with Integral Centers of Expertise to align local and global strategies




- Deliver end-to-end local Employer Branding initiatives and represent PMI at events
- Use AI-powered ATS, dashboards to monitor metrics and drive improvements
- Manage vendors and oversee RPOs during expansion projects
- Represent PMI at university career fairs and employer branding initiativesResponsabilidades
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in end-to-end Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding
- Proven ability to engage high-caliber talent across multiple channels
- Hands-on ATS experience; Phenon and/or SuccessFactors a plus
- Strong partnering skills with diverse stakeholders
- Can-do attitude with problem solving and project management skills
- Team player with agility and growth mindset
