Experteer Overview As a Business Transformation u0026amp; Project Manager in Madrid, you guide transformation and operational excellence across Southern Europe, bridging Operations, Technology, Data and Business Partners. You will help implement the Southern Europe Target Operating Model, enabling scalable processes and data-driven decisions. The role combines functional and technical work, including data analysis, systems design, automation and governance. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic projects and measurable benefits for the business.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Lead business transformation and process improvement initiatives across Southern Europe to drive scalable ways of working
- Coordinate strategic projects across Operations, IT, Finance, Underwriting, Claims and Data with clear governance and stakeholder alignment
- Develop metric frameworks, dashboards and MI for data-driven decision making and executive reporting
- Translate business requirements into IT specifications and support system integration, automation, testing and implementation
- Apply data, SQL, Power BI, Excel, Microsoft 365 and Power Platform to support reporting and digital productivity initiatives
- Prepare executive presentations and decision papers to support governance
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, aligning priorities, resources and delivery plans
- Assess project proposals, dependencies, risks and issues; recommend corrective actions
- Monitor progress, budget,



resourcing and third-party contributions; ensure delivery performance
- Maintain project governance, change control and lessons learned; ensure smooth transition to BAU and benefits tracking
- Collaborate with IT partners to ensure compliant, successful solutionsResponsabilidades
- 5-10 years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, Technology or Transformation functions
- Experience in insurance, financial services or regulated industries
- Strong analytical and communication skills with ability to simplify complexity
- Proven track record in complex environments and driving business outcomes
- Exposure to data migration, cloud transformation and enterprise integration projects
- Experience leading international and cross-country initiatives
- Strong analytical thinking and practical problem-solving skills
- High standards of quality, ownership and delivery excellence
- Customer-focused mindset with ability to propose effective solutions
- Collaborative approach and ability to build stakeholder relationships
- Clear communication and presentation skills; comfortable with seniorand cross-functional engagement
- Effective interpersonal skills to collaborate with local and regional partners, Spain and Europe
- Fluency in Spanish and English; Italian or Portuguese is a plus
