Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the end-to-end GTM technology strategy to accelerate revenue enablement through trusted tooling and data. You will own the Salesforce migration, ensure platform reliability, and drive AI-powered automation that reduces manual work. You’ll build a high-performing GTM Systems CoE and establish a scalable delivery model with clear SLAs, governance, and strong vendor partnerships. This is a hands-on leadership role shaping how Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success operate at scale in a global healthtech business.Compensaciones / Beneficios

- Maintain platform reliability, data quality, and service standards across GTM systems
- Lead Salesforce migration with adoption and measurable SLAs

- Delivered a large, multi-country CRM or Service transformation
- Hands-on ownership of Salesforce Sales u0026 Service and a GTM Systems CoE
- Shipped AI-powered automations in real GTM workflows
