Experteer Overview In this role, you will define and own the end-to-end QA strategy across mobile, backend, and integrations, aligning quality gates and KPIs with the company’s digital objectives. You will build scalable automation frameworks for mobile and API testing and drive a shift-left mindset across the lifecycle. You will embed testing in CI/CD, collaborate with DevOps and tech leads, and manage test environments and data with GDPR compliance. You will lead non-functional testing and ensure production readiness at global scale, while turning quality metrics into business impact. - Define and own end-to-end QA strategy across mobile, backend, and integrations, including release gates, KPIs, and quality standards
- Build and scale automation frameworks for mobile UI, integration, and contract testing
- Embed shift-left practices by contributing early in the lifecycle (refinement, API reviews, Definition of Done)
- Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines and collaborate with DevOps to ensure continuous quality validation




- Define and manage test environments and test data strategy with GDPR compliance and reliability
- Lead non-functional testing (performance, accessibility, localisation) and ensure production readiness at global scale
- Drive quality governance, reporting, and continuous improvement through KPIs, defect analysis, and production feedback loopsResponsabilidades
- Extensive experience in software QA with leadership roles
- Proven track record building QA frameworks and automation in mobile app ecosystems (iOS u0026 Android)
- Strong experience with test automation, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps), and QA tooling (TestRail, Xray)
- Solid understanding of risk-based testing, non-functional testing, and large-scale release management
- Experience working with distributed teams, external vendors, and influencing stakeholders without direct authority
- Strong technical background (automation, APIs, cloud environments) with strategic mindset
- Excellent English communication translating quality data into actionable insightsRequisitos principales
