You coordinate IT audits, support remediation, and maintain a transparent IT service catalog. You coach process and service owners to boost consistency, efficiency, and control execution. - 5+ years of experience in IT process management, IT governance, risk, or compliance in complex IT environments
- Hands-on experience with operational IT processes and control frameworks in an agile context
- Strong judgment balancing compliance, efficiency, and delivery speed
- Trusted advisor mindset: able to coach, influence, and align without relying on hierarchy
- Comfortable working with engineers, architects, management, and auditors
