Experteer Overview In this role you translate business needs into actionable requirements to support IAG Cargo’s digital solutions. You’ll engage stakeholders across levels, analyse processes, and work with architects to choose effective options. You’ll prioritise requirements, manage risks, and ensure governance standards are met, helping deliver change that aligns with business objectives. - Engage stakeholders across all levels to gather requirements and align on project objectives
- Maintain clear communication channels to ensure transparency and ongoing alignment
- Apply structured analysis methods to identify needs, benefits, and strategic considerations
- Plan and facilitate meetings with well-defined agendas and outcomes
- Document business requirements in a clear format for internal teams or suppliers
- Support solution architects by providing business context during design discussions




- Ensure design recommendations align with business priorities and governance models
- Assure the quality of requirements before approval and sign-off
- Manage workload across multiple projects and contribute to milestone planning and status reporting
- Assist in delivering change management activities to drive adoption of digital solutionsResponsabilidades
- Experience in Business Analysis in both Agile and Waterfall
- Experience in business and technology delivery environments
- Experience across multiple countries and cultures
- Experience in Management Consulting
- Degree-level education
- Recognised Business Analysis certifications (e.G., BCS) (desirable)Requisitos principales
