Experteer Overview In this role, you will help optimize integral business processes and ensure high service levels across TD SYNNEX entities in Europe. You’ll collaborate with sales teams, IT, platform partners, and vendors to gather insights, design improvements, and implement streamlined operations. You will support the rollout of cloud solutions and work as a central contact for country teams to boost quality and reduce errors. This position combines process optimization, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable impact across Europe.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Manage Freshdesk queues to ensure timely ticket resolution
- Provide support to country teams and partners as a central point of contact
- Coordinate country channels and cross-functional stakeholders
- Support the design, implementation, and optimization of operational processes
- Identify process gaps and propose improvements to enhance performance
- Support vendor ad-hoc operational activities
- Provide insights and recommendations based on operational data
- Act as liaison between business operations and IT/platform teams
- Ensure proper understanding and usage of operational platforms by internal country sales teamsResponsabilidades

- Understanding of vendor ecosystems and IT distribution channels is an advantage
- IT Channel experience or Software vendor experience is a definite advantage
- Exceptional written and oral communication and presentation skills in English; additional European languages are a plus
