Experteer Overview In this role you will lead Spendesk's growth marketing, shaping the full demand-gen engine across Europe. You’ll guide a team of marketers and growth engineers, acting as a senior GTM leader with deep technical chops and strong commercial sense. Expect to partner with Sales, Product Marketing, and RevOps to drive pipeline, revenue, and experiments that improve conversion and ROI. You will own attribution, martech strategy, and a rigorous test-and-learn culture to scale growth and impact.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Own end-to-end demand generation and pipeline growth across key European markets
- Develop and optimise a diversified channel mix (paid social, paid search, and others) based on ROI
- Lead paid media with a test-and-learn framework while managing CAC thresholds
- Own website performance and CRO roadmap, driving UX, messaging, and performance improvements
- Design and run nurture programmes to improve funnel conversion
- Lead growth engineering and martech stack, including data infrastructure and attribution
- Oversee marketing operations,



including CRM hygiene, lead routing, attribution, and sales handovers
- Build and lead a high-performing team and collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, RevOps; represent growth at executive levelResponsabilidades
- 8+ years in growth or performance marketing in B2B SaaS with a track record of scaling demand engines
- Strong technical depth: systems, data flows, tooling; ability to architect attribution from scratch
- Executive presence and clear communication with senior leadership
- Structured experimentation and rigorous analytics/attribution
- Experience with marketing automation, CRM, paid media, analytics tools, and data infrastructure
