Experteer Overview In this role you will shape and lead global HEOR strategy to support worldwide product launches and reimbursement. You will partner with cross-functional teams to embed payer-relevant evidence across development stages and disease areas. You’ll develop and execute evidence generation plans, including SLRs, ITCs, CEAs, BIAs, and RWE, to differentiate products for payers and clinicians. This position offers visibility, strategic influence, and impact on access in a global portfolio.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Develop and execute global value evidence generation plans (SLR, ITC, CEA, BIA, RWE, chart reviews, PROs) to inform development and launch decisions
- Build cross-functional partnerships to maximize evidence generation for launch and reimbursement across indications
- Collaborate with DA heads to craft TA business strategies and HEOR study development
- Monitor global market access landscapes and craft plans to demonstrate asset value and differentiation
- Represent HEOR in cross-functional projects and communicate research findings to external audiences
- Cultivate relationships with experts and customers to support product credibility in value discussions
- Deliver presentations at industry forums and contribute to publications
- Oversee external agencies to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables




- Contribute to HEOR infrastructure with best practices in methodologies, modeling, and study design
- Provide integral guidance to country teams to adapt strategies through HTA processes
- Identify efficiency opportunities and improvements in HEOR workflowsResponsabilidades
- PhD or equivalent with domain knowledge in Pharmacy or clinical science
- 5+ years in HEOR or Market Access in biopharmaceuticals
- Deep understanding of global HTA and successful HTA negotiations
- Knowledge of global market access and US healthcare environment
- Experience with drug development and commercialization processes
- Working knowledge of AI tools for literature review and content development with ability to assess AI outputs for accuracy and compliance
- Strong leadership with ability to influence across matrix organizations
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Proven project leadership and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Global mindset and collaboration across multicultural teams

- Published research in reputable journals
