As a key leadership figure,



you will build strong relationships with senior management globally while directly managing, coaching, and mentoring a multidisciplinary team to ensure their individual and collective success. By continuously analyzing performance metrics and business processes, you will identify new opportunities and implement effective short‑and long‑term solutions to guarantee the scalability and continuous growth of your vertical.What You’ll DoLead one of the team verticals, including defining the strategy, refining KPIs, managing a multidisciplinary team and being responsible for the executionDevelop and maintain a strong relationship with senior management of the company across all teams and locationsWork in a cross functional team to launch and scale complex projects with different workstreamsDefine and support the strategy of your vertical and the scalability of the projectsEnsure individual team members are effective, and define their goals to assure successProvide coaching, mentoring, and feedback to team membersExecute analysis of business opportunities and processesAnalyze performance on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, and implement short-mid and long-term solutions to improve itWho You AreProject management / startup or consulting background (7y+ experience)Fluent English and Spanish is a mustStrong analytical and organizational skills with large team management experienceSolution-focused, identifying problems and defining solutions with an entrepreneurial spiritStrong verbal and written communication skills,
