As Sr. Team Lead HR Operations Iberia, you will play a key role in creating a strong employee experience by ensuring that our HR operations run smoothly and efficiently.This is a role for someone who combines operational excellence, people leadership and a genuine passion for supporting the business. You will lead the HR Operations team, oversee the delivery of core HR processes and act as a trusted partner to managers and stakeholders across the organization.In this position, you will not only ensure high-quality HR execution, but also contribute to building a more efficient, consistent and future-ready HR function across Iberica.Your responsibilities- Leading and coordinating the day-to-day HR Operations agenda across Iberia.- Ensuring the successful delivery of the monthly and annual HR calendar for Head Office, Wholesale and Retail populations.- Overseeing core HR processes across the employee lifecycle,



including personnel administration, performance processes, compensation-related activities, training coordination and employee engagement support.- Setting operational priorities and ensuring quality, compliance and efficiency in HR execution.- Supporting and advising managers on a broad range of HR and labor-related topics.- Leading, coaching and developing the HR Operations team to perform at a high standard.- Creating structure, clarity and accountability within the team.- Driving continuous improvement by identifying process optimization opportunities.- Supporting the implementation of HR projects and new ways of working.- Escalating risks, blockers or operational concerns where needed and collaborating closely with senior HR leadership in Iberia.#J-18808-Ljbffr
