Experteer Overview In this role, you drive MAIT industrial planning and performance to ensure on-time, on-cost delivery of space hardware. You’ll coordinate with AIT management, production control, and engineering to optimize processes across multiple disciplines. You’ll analyze bottlenecks, lead improvement initiatives, and monitor KPIs to sustain operational excellence. The position offers impact across production areas and cross-site collaboration within Airbus Defence and Space. You’ll shape how MAIT operations scale with new projects and continuous improvement.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Manage master production planning aligned with project milestones and performance targets
- Ensure clear communication between AIT managers and production areas
- Contribute to the MRP process and overall planning activities
- Report at plant level and consolidate manpower, machines, and surfaces across 3-axis resources
- Validate recovery plans with stakeholders for projects
- Analyze MAIT processes to identify bottlenecks and drive lean improvements
- Monitor and report KPIs relevant to MAIT operations
- Facilitate root cause analysis and implement corrective actions




- Design and implement new processes, tools, and methodologies for optimization
- Drive change management, training, and adoption of new methods
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share best practices and gain buy-in
- Lead improvement projects from conception to completion
- Share best practices within MAIT and across Airbus Defence and Space
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure compliance with standardsResponsabilidades
- Industrial Engineer or Aerospace Engineer Degree or similar
- Experience in project management, manufacturing and production control
- Pro-activity and autonomy

- Leadership skills to manage different stakeholders
- Fluent in written and spoken Spanish and English
- Able to work autonomously in a proactive and responsible manner
- Able to manage workload and prioritization across multiple projects
