Experteer Overview In this role you will manage core accounting processes at our Madrid HQ, delivering timely journal entries, reconciliations, and monthly financial reporting while ensuring compliance with GAAP and IFRS. You will collaborate with Shared Services and cross-functional teams to streamline intercompany settlements and audit support. - Prepare and post monthly journal entries on time
- Perform balance sheet account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare monthly financial reports and support closing activities
- Coordinate with Shared Services on accounting processes
- Review and oversee monthly intercompany settlements
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, tax regulations, and financial legislation




- Support internal and external audit activities with required documentation
- Assist management with ad-hoc financial analysis and accounting-related projectsResponsabilidades
- Proven track record in accounting and financial reporting including reconciliations and tax compliance (VAT, withholding taxes)
- Bachelor in Accounting or Finance or equivalent
- Excellent SAP S/4HANA (FI u0026 MM) skills
- Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis)
- Strong financial analysis and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with GAAP and IFRS accounting standards and reporting requirements
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent command of English and Spanish (spoken and written)
