Experteer Overview In this role you will own and evolve the ServiceNow platform to support internal IT processes and deliver sustainable value across the company. You will work with cross-functional teams in Spain and Switzerland to align platform capabilities with business needs and drive continuous improvement. You’ll manage end-to-end platform changes, governance, and release planning, shaping the technology backbone for enterprise IT. This is a hands-on, collaborative role in a fast-moving, international environment with opportunities to grow your expertise and impact.Compensaciones / Ventajas
- Own the ServiceNow platform including operation, governance, and continuous improvement
- Shape the strategic development of ServiceNow to align with IT processes and business needs
- Operate, maintain, configure platforms (workflows, modules, integrations)
- Lead end-to-end changes from requirements to testing, adoption, and release
- Ensure a stable production environment with incident, problem, and change management
- Plan and coordinate platform releases, updates, and upgrades
- Collaborate with application managers, developers, and data engineers to integrate ServiceNow with other systems




- Coordinate stakeholders and partners for sustainable platform evolution
- Drive best practices in governance, security, scalability, and process standardizationResponsabilidades
- 5+ years experience with ServiceNow in ownership, application management, or administrator roles
- Experience operating and evolving enterprise platforms or business-critical applications
- Strong understanding of IT service management processes and platform-based workflows
- Strong ownership mindset connecting platform capabilities to business needs
- Hands-on ability to configure and adapt platform functionality
- Experience with integrations, workflows, or low-code configurations
- Structured, independent, solution-oriented working style
