Experteer Overview In this role you will lead end-to-end logistics for utility-scale solar projects across Europe, ensuring on-time, compliant, multimodal shipments. You will coordinate 3PLs, customs brokers, and last-mile deliveries, aligning operations with project schedules and budgets. The position focuses on optimizing road, ocean, and air movements while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance. You will drive continuous improvements and provide clear, proactive updates to stakeholders, contributing to Nextpower’s mission to accelerate clean energy deployment.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Plan and oversee logistics from suppliers to project sites, aligning with schedules and priorities
- Control door-to-door flows with emphasis on last-mile and 3PL transloading
- Arrange and optimize road/ocean/air shipments to meet deadlines
- Coordinate last-mile deliveries to project sites ensuring stakeholder compliance
- Track end-to-end deliveries and take corrective actions for deviations
- Manage freight forwarders and customs brokers; ensure SLA compliance
- Ensure compliance with Incoterms 2020 and EU transport regulations; validate shipping documents




- Maintain communications with internal and external stakeholders and produce status reports
- Keep TMS and ERP data accurate; use Anaplan and Excel for visibility
- Proactively identify logistics challenges and drive SOP improvements
- Produce project close-outs and lessons-learned reports
- Monitor budget versus actuals; manage vendor and lane KPIs with corrective actionsResponsabilidades
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Trade, or a related discipline
- 6-8+ years of logistics coordination/operations experience in industrial, EPC, or energy sectors, ideally solar PV
- Strong knowledge of EU transportation modes, Incoterms 2020, customs, and packaging
- Proven track record managing end-to-end multimodal transport across Europe
- Experience coordinating 3PLs, customs brokers, suppliers, and last-mile deliveries
- Ability to manage SLAs, monitor KPIs, and drive vendor performance
- Proficiency in TMS, ERP systems, Anaplan, and advanced Excel; OTM a plus
- Fluency in Spanish and English; other European languages beneficial
