Experteer Overview As Talent Data u0026amp; Programs Specialist, you turn people data into strategic insights and help design global talent initiatives. You’ll partner with HR and regional teams to influence talent decisions, while delivering engaging dashboards and reports. The role blends analytics with hands-on program delivery to drive employee growth and engagement across a multinational organization. - Analyze talent data to identify trends and support strategic decisions
- Create dashboards and reports using Excel and Power BI for leaders
- Support talent initiatives such as reviews, succession, learning, and engagement with data-driven insights
- Prepare talent data for internal and external reporting with accuracy and consistency
- Improve reporting, dashboards, and data quality continuously
- Coordinate and deliver global talent initiatives with the Director Global Talent Programs
- Manage communications, materials, SharePoint, and logistics for programs




- Collaborate with regional Talent teams and HR Business Partners to ensure successful delivery
- Gather feedback and measure program effectiveness for continuous improvement
- Translate data into practical recommendations for leaders
- Champion data quality, governance, and confidential handling of employee informationResponsabilidades
- Around 3-5 years of experience in HR Analytics, People Analytics, Talent, or a similar HR role
- Strong Excel and Power BI skills with ability to create clear visualizations
- Experience working with HR systems such as Workday
- Analytical mindset with ability to turn data into meaningful stories and recommendations
- Excellent communication and confidence engaging senior stakeholders across functions and cultures
- Strong organization skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- High attention to detail and commitment to data quality and confidentiality
- Fluency in English
- Nice to have: experience supporting global talent programs
