Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the PMO for a global, technology-enabled transformation aimed at delivering patient and business value. You will design governance, create cross-functional roadmaps, and provide transparent executive reporting to drive accountability and continuous improvement. You’ll align strategy with execution across international, multidisciplinary teams and manage risk, benefits realization, and resource planning. - Establish and lead the PMO for a global transformation initiative
- Design governance structures and decision forums for transparent execution
- Build and maintain integrated roadmaps, baselines, and cross-functional milestones
- Develop executive reporting, dashboards, and narratives on progress, risks, and value
- Institute risk, issue, and dependency management with proactive mitigation
- Drive benefits realization planning, value tracking, and outcome measurement
- Enable resource planning and prioritization across internal teams and external partners
- Embed agile practices, continuous improvement, and change management across the program




- Coordinate budgets, timelines, and scope with functional leaders, technology, and finance
- Coach project leaders on planning standards, delivery excellence, and stakeholder engagementResponsabilidades
- Master’s degree or MBA with bachelor’s degree, or equivalent life sciences experience
- Fluent English, both spoken and written
- 10+ years of cross-industry experience, including ~5 years in pharmaceutical or similar sectors
- 5+ years in multi-functional leadership with broad stakeholder accountability
- Proven success leading large-scale, international, multidisciplinary programs
- Expert knowledge of global technology transformation programs and change adoption
- Excellent portfolio and program management skills with advanced planning, tracking, and prioritization
