Experteer Overview In this role, you lead Allianz's Bug Bounty and Vulnerability Disclosure programs, driving their evolution and effectiveness. You will bridge security research, vulnerability management, and cross-functional stakeholders on a general scale. You’ll tackle attack surface visibility, remediation coordination, and program insights that shape risk posture. This position offers the chance to influence security governance and engage external researchers within a large, international organization.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Own and evolve Allianz's Bug Bounty and Vulnerability Disclosure Programs
- Define program scope, rules of engagement, and reward structures
- Act as the main point of contact for external researchers and platform providers
- Review, validate, and prioritize vulnerabilities with accurate assessment and remediation
- Collaborate with IT and security teams to drive end-to-end vulnerability resolution
- Provide insights and reporting on program performance,
trends, and key metrics
- Contribute to broader Vulnerability Management and Attack Surface initiativesResponsabilidades
- 5+ years in cybersecurity, including vulnerability management or bug bounty programs
- Strong knowledge of application security and OWASP Top 10
- Experience with bug bounty platforms such as HackerOne or Bugcrowd
- Understanding of SDLC practices and security integration
- Familiarity with MITRE ATTu0026CK and vulnerability analysis
- Experience with tools such as Qualys, Nessus, Jira, Confluence
