Experteer Overview As Finance Manager you will oversee financial reporting, accounting operations, and governance to drive accurate performance insights. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders and support cash flow, budgeting, and KPI tracking in a multinational setting. - Oversee financial reporting and accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in line with IFRS and company standards
- Prepare and supervise budgets, forecasts, and management reporting with KPI analysis
- Drive financial control, risk management, and governance, including audits
- Support cash flow optimization, working capital management, and CAPEX monitoring




- Partner with stakeholders across the business and supervise local payroll activities and HR administrative supportResponsabilidades
- At least 7 years of experience in finance, accounting, or controlling in an international environment
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP, and FPu0026A capabilities
- Experience working in a matrix organization with multiple regional stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into business insights
