Experteer Overview As Test Manager, you will lead a QA group to ensure top-quality game releases. You’ll set quality standards, align with platform holder guidelines, and manage staffing for multiple projects. You act as the main QA liaison with producers, developers, and compliance, driving risk management and timely issue resolution. This onsite Madrid role offers the chance to shape testing strategy across 2K’s portfolio and mentor a growing team. - Lead and mentor a testing/QA team, driving collaboration and continuous improvement
- Establish and enforce quality standards and platform guidelines (Sony, Microsoft, Nintendo)
- Manage risk, prioritize testing, and drive bug tracking and QA reporting
- Oversee milestone sign-off and submission processes
- Serve as the main liaison between QA/Test, Producers, Developers, and Compliance

- Solid experience in software testing and QA in the video games industry
- Experience in a Test/QA Manager or equivalent leadership role
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, bug databases, and test plans
- Proven ability to manage and develop QA/Test teams, including performance reviews
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to influence in a matrixed environment
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Knowledge of platform standards and submission processes (Sony, Microsoft, Nintendo)
