Experteer Overview In this Director role, you will drive complex financial restructurings for debtors, creditors and other stakeholders within FTI's Corporate Finance u0026amp; Restructuring practice in Madrid. You will lead engagement structuring, manage cross-functional teams, and communicate progress to clients and sponsors, while shaping strategic recommendations. The position combines project leadership, business development, and coaching to grow client impact. - Several years of restructuring/turnaround corporate finance experience
- Experience delivering and managing restructuring/advisory work
- Experience in team management and report writing for large deliverables
- Background in investment banking, private equity, leveraged/structured finance, or financial advisory with debt restructuring focus
- Excellent financial modeling and analytical skills
- Spanish native, fluent in English
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to work in meritocratic, results-driven environment
