- Design and develop distributed backend services using C# and .NET with event-driven architecture
- Collaborate with product and commercial teams to turn engagement ideas into scalable, maintainable solutions
- Optimize the microservice ecosystem for performance, reliability, and observability
- Lead containerization and cloud migration strategy (senior level)
- Participate in architecture discussions and shape technical decisions
- Write maintainable, well-tested code and conduct code reviews




- Participate in incident resolution and on-call rotation
- Maintain technical documentation (ADRs, runbooks, guidelines)
