Experteer Overview In this role you will lead market research strategy and insights for Sanofi's pharma portfolio, partnering with the Insights and Analytics team to inform commercial decisions. You will drive end-to-end MR programs, supervise cross-functional collaboration, and shape brand and portfolio strategies through data-driven insights. This is a high-impact, integral leadership role within a growing GTMC and Hubs network. You will work with senior stakeholders to commercialize insights that accelerate performance and value across markets.Compensaciones / Beneficios

- 7+ years of pharmaceutical market research experience
- Strong understanding of MR methodologies, with end-to-end quantitative and qualitative capabilities
- Strategic thinker with deep life-sciences knowledge
- Track record of meeting deadlines and managing priorities with high quality
- Experience leading and developing teams
- Global/regional/local experience preferred
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical data sources (prescription, sales, claims) preferred
- Product launch experience preferred
