You will assist customers with their hotel bookings, ensuring seamless communication and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage hotel reservations for Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat using the Trivago platform

- Provide accurate information about hotels, pricing, amenities, and special offers to support clients' booking decisions

- Confirm booking details promptly and ensure smooth transaction processes

- Handle customer questions and resolve any booking-related issues professionally and efficiently

- Maintain comprehensive records of bookings and client interactions in CRM systems

- Keep up-to-date with industry trends,



hotel inventory, and Trivago updates to deliver optimal customer experience

Requirements

- Fluent in Dutch (written and spoken); proficiency in English is an advantage

- Prior experience in hotel reservations, customer service, or working with Trivago or similar platforms is preferred

- Strong enthusiasm for travel and knowledge of the hospitality sector

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills focused on customer satisfaction

- Proficiency with xcskxlj CRM systems and standard office software

- Self-driven, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

- Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, with full paid relocation support provided
