- Provide strategic technical guidance and align digital product development with business goals
- Contribute deep hands-on expertise in Java Fullstack, DevOps, IaC, or Application Infrastructure
- Administer Atlassian Cloud environment (Jira, Confluence) and manage configurations and integrations
- Handle L2/L3 escalations, driving complex troubleshooting to resolution
- Leverage Python for automation and AI-capable tooling to streamline workflows




- Define tasks for teams and drive medium-to-large initiatives at product or line level
- Manage stakeholder relationships and negotiate for mutual benefits
