- Refine cybersecurity strategy and align it with overall business/IT strategy
- Translate priorities into roadmaps, programs, and initiatives with clear sequencing
- Prepare leadership materials and act as trusted advisor to Cybersecurity and IT executives
- Design and drive cross-functional strategic programs with governance, milestones, KPIs, and metrics
- Monitor progress, risks, benefits realization, and adjust course as needed
- Coordinate case analyses and manage internal/external resources including service providers
- Engage with senior stakeholders across Cybersecurity, IT, and business to drive buy-in
- Coach executives and communicate strategy and progress clearlyResponsabilidades
- Several years of post-consulting experience in cybersecurity strategy, risk management, or related advisory roles
- Proven ability to develop strategic recommendations and influence senior decision-makers
- Experience in digital transformation or enterprise-wide security initiatives
- Familiarity with frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001 (or similar)
- Knowledge of cloud security, OT/IT convergence, or industry-specific security requirements
- Experience in regulated industries or large, complex organizations
