Experteer Overview As Avionics Project Manager for the Spanish NH90 variant, you lead avionics activities within the program scope. You will align with CE Project Managers to define and execute avionics projects, manage schedules, risks, and cost constraints, and support system integration. You’ll oversee qualification processes and EVM reporting while coordinating with cross-functional teams and customers. This role offers impact on system-level avionics development and regional program execution, in a collaborative, security-conscious environment.Compensaciones / Ventajas
- Define and manage avionics project scope, schedule, and cost constraints
- Coordinate and monitor qualification processes with Q/C and other APMs
- Develop and maintain WPSs/XWSs, risk log, and EVM in line with master plan
- Support development project definition (DPD) for avionics and system integration
- Provide avionics configurations for integration and qualification activities
- Coordinate sub-tasks with Equipment, System/SW and other Variant APMs




- Prepare regular progress reporting to HO Avionic MAS and CE Project Manager System Integration
- Support customer meetings and stakeholder management
- Ensure compliance and quality gates during the project lifecycle
- Maintain configuration management and issue resolution across avionics
- Track progress, backlog, risks, and opportunities and report to leadershipResponsabilidades
- Academic studies in Aerospace Engineering, Telecommunications, Informatics, Electrical Engineering or similar
- Experience in design, development, engineering or integration of aircraft systems
- Experience in systems engineering, requirements engineering and avionics integration (beneficial)
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Business fluency in Spanish and English; German or French would be advantageous
