Experteer Overview As Senior Product Manager, you will lead growth initiatives in data center and server cooling. You will identify opportunities, build relationships with OEMs and partners, and drive revenue through product promotion and go-to-market activities. You’ll coordinate with engineering, product, and marketing to position advanced cooling solutions for AI, HPC, and data center needs. This role offers impact by shaping cooling product strategy and market success, within a fast-growing tech company. - Identify and develop new business opportunities in data center, AI infrastructure, and HPC markets
- Drive sales growth and strategic partnerships for advanced cooling technologies
- Promote and support server cooling products (immersion cooling, single-phase immersion cooling, rear door heat exchangers, direct-to-chip cooling)
- Collaborate with engineering, product management, and marketing for customer engagement and solution positioning
- Lead marketing promotions, trade shows, customer presentations, and product launches
- Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with growth objectives




- Build and maintain relationships with OEMs, system integrators, channel partners, and enterprise customers
- Conduct market analysis, competitive research, and identify emerging trends
- Support contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and proposal development
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reportingResponsabilidades
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in business development, technical sales, or product promotion in data center, thermal management, or cooling tech
- Hands-on experience with server cooling technologies (immersion cooling, single-phase immersion cooling, rear door heat exchangers, direct-to-chip cooling)
- Experience with marketing promotion processes and product promotion activities
- Strong understanding of data center infrastructure and thermal management solutions
- Proven ability to build customer relationships and drive revenue growth
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
