About the Role

We are hiring a Dutch-speaking Account Executive to join a fast-growing SaaS scale-up building AI-powered search and product discovery technology for eCommerce businesses worldwide.

Their platform helps online retailers dramatically improve conversion rates by turning website search into a revenue-driving engine — delivering faster, smarter, and more relevant shopping experiences.

This is a high-performance, outbound-focused sales role where you will own the full sales cycle and directly contribute to revenue growth in the Dutch market.

What You’ll Do

- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, demo, closing, subscription activation





- Conduct daily outbound cold calls (80–100 calls/day)

- Manage inbound leads and free trial conversions

- Deliver product demos in Dutch & English

- Convert trial users into paying customers

- Maintain CRM accuracy and pipeline discipline

- Track and hit KPIs (calls, demos, conversion rate, MRR)

- Hand over closed accounts to Customer Experience teams

Requirements
- Native or fluent Dutch + strong English

- Must already live in Spain (mandatory)

- 1–6 years of experience in:
- SDR xcskxlj / BDR / Account Executive roles

- Call center or outbound sales environments

- Strong cold-calling experience

- KPI-driven mindset with resilience and consistency

- Comfortable with high-volume outbound activity (80–100 calls/day)

- Availability aligned with US time zones

Compensation Package
- Base salary: €30,000 gross/year

- Uncapped commissions (target: €600/month minimum)
