In this role you lead a cross-functional Android engineering team in Barcelona, delivering scalable mobile solutions used across many regions. You drive technical decisions, ensure quality and performance, and partner with product to align solutions with business needs. You will scale an established team while maintaining high reliability and low latency for a global platform. This is an opportunity to shape mobile architecture and mentor engineers in a fast-paced, diverse environment.

Responsabilidades
• Minimum 1 year of experience leading engineering teams
• Mentoring, coaching, and supporting engineers in growth
• Strong Android development expertise (core concepts, architecture, scalable mobile design)
• Clear, structured communication and technical documentation skills
• Professional experience with Kotlin and monitoring/reporting tools (Sentry, Firebase Crashlytics)
• Ability to build dashboards from multiple data sources (JIRA, BigQuery) and make data-driven decisions
• Experience managing dependencies across tasks and teams
• Full professional proficiency in English
