Experteer Overview As a Salesforce Developer at Flywire, you design, build, and optimize scalable Salesforce solutions across the commercial ecosystem. You will work closely with stakeholders and engineering teams to deliver secure integrations using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and middleware like Workato, Boomi, or Mulesoft. Your work spans Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, including API-based integrations and platform enhancements in a fast-moving, collaborative environment. You’ll contribute to security, data integrity, and Agile delivery while shaping scalable payments-enabled workflows. - Develop and maintain Salesforce capabilities, enhancements, automations and integrations
- Design, build, test and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components
- Configure and optimise Salesforce platform functionality across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external platforms using Workato, Boomi, Mulesoft or similar middleware technologies
- Build and support integrations using REST and SOAP APIs, Platform Events and OAuth based authentication




- Partner with stakeholders and engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
- Support troubleshooting, system improvements and platform optimisation activities
- Contribute to Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement and release activities
- Ensure solutions align with security, coding and data integrity standards
- Support documentation, knowledge sharing and platform best practicesResponsabilidades
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
- 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer
- Strong hands on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows and SOQL/SOSL
- Experience developing within Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud environments
- Hands on experience with integration platforms such as Workato, Boomi, Mulesoft or similar technologies is a must
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST or SOAP APIs
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments
- Strong problem solving and communication skills
