Experteer Overview
In this role you will design and maintain scalable data pipelines that power AI-driven decision making for enterprise clients. You will work within the Data Team to ensure data is reliable, accessible, and prepared for machine learning models, enabling real-time insights. You’ll collaborate with product, engineering and data science to implement data solutions that scale across multiple clients. This is a chance to shape the foundational data layer that underpins an innovative AI platform and drive measurable impact.

Responsabilidades




• Experience building end-to-end data pipelines (ingestion, transformation, quality, delivery)
• Implementing data quality checks, monitoring and alerting
• Collaboration with Data Scientists and ML Engineers to prepare data for models
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to deliver tasks on time
• Interest in modern data stack (warehousing, streaming, orchestration, cataloging)
• Experience with streaming pipelines, APIs, catalogs and data infrastructure components
• Ability to mentor junior team members in data engineering best practices
• Leadership in designing scalable data platforms supporting multiple teams
