You will set design standards and voice, and lead the adoption of a scalable design system across teams. You’ll collaborate with product, design, and engineering to ensure cohesive experiences and a distinctive product identity. - Shape and elevate visual language into a cohesive identity serving IT and business users
- Define interaction principles and design standards guiding cross-team product experiences
- Set vision for iconography, illustration, and product voice
- Partner with product designers, product managers, and engineers to embed design system thinking into roadmaps

- Champion AI-assisted design and handoff workflows to speed concept-to-shipped productResponsabilidades
- 5+ years of experience as product/visual/UX designer with hands-on design system experience
- Experience designing complex enterprise applications
- Expert knowledge of Figma (components, variants, tokens)
- Strong eye for typography, hierarchy, iconography, spacing; judgment to balance consistency
- Familiarity with frontend constraints and design-to-code workflows
- Excellent attention to detail and user-first mindset
- Strong communication and negotiation skills; ability to influence teams
- English proficiency; French a plus
