Experteer Overview In this role you shape the Digital Commerce backbone for PPG, aligning business needs with technical solutions within a general software team. You translate stakeholder input into actionable user stories and criteria, guiding agile delivery and QA collaboration. You’ll leverage AI-enabled analysis to drive efficient requirements and documentation. - Translate product owner feedback into user stories and detailed requirements for the development team
- Define clear acceptance criteria to align stakeholders on expected outcomes
- Collaborate with SQAs to review test cases and validate results
- Lead agile/ Scrum-driven delivery with development teams
- Communicate technical solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Utilize AI tools for requirements analysis, documentation, and decision-making




- Apply problem-solving to compare approaches and identify feasible solutions
- Manage changes and enhancements to requirements throughout the project lifecycle
- Maintain project documentation and workflows using Azure DevOps
- Contribute to continuous improvement and promote BA best practicesResponsabilidades
- Minimum of 6 years in Business Analysis or similar role
- Experience in ecommerce and web development environments
- Strong understanding of SDLC
- Ability to translate complex business problems into technical requirements
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
