Tasks

Your responsibilities and impact as a B2B Technical Support Agent will be:

- Addressing any B2B partners' IT-related issues that may arise throughout their workday

- Assisting customers through various channels such as email and phone

- Recording and documenting calls using the ticketing tool

- Elevating issues to the relevant teams for resolution

- Enhancing and sustaining customer satisfaction levels

- Collaborating with direct teammates and various departments through effective communication

Requirements

Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role:

- You speak Dutch and English fluently

- You are interested in learning more about IT

- You display analytical and systematic problem-solving abilities

- You possess outstanding communication skills and the mindset of a team player

- You are reliable, punctual, and looking for a long-term employer

- You are in possession of a passport (if you don't have the NIE and SSN already)

- You live or are willing to relocate in a radius of 100 km away from Barcelona

- €1.710 gross/month

- 39hrs/week (from Monday to Friday, rotative shifts between 7:00 - 17:30)

- Working 2 days in the office, every 2 weeks (4 days a month)
