Job Description

As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsable for operation of our gastronomic restaurant, ensuring consistently high standards of service while creating a warm and memorable experience for every guest.

You will be a highly visible presence in the restaurant and hotel

Your responsibilities will include:

- Working with the management team to delevop and communicate the gastronomic offer

- Leading, motivating and supervising the restaurant team

- Ensuring consistently excellent standards of service, presentation and attention to detail.

- Welcoming guests and developing genuine relationships with both new and returning clients.

- Managing reservations, table allocation, guest flow and special requests.

- Handling guest feedback or complaints with confidence, empathy and discretion.

- Managing rotas, staffing levels and labour efficiency.

- Supporting food and beverage cost control and restaurant profitability.

- Contributing ideas and taking initiative to continuously improve both the restaurant and the overall guest experience.
