We're hiring a Content Creator at Bioxy

? This role requires a very high English level, all the interview process will be conducted in English.

We're looking for a Content Creator to bring Bioxy's brands to life across TikTok and Instagram, through content people actually stop scrolling for (videos, carousels, and everything in between). Join our growing, dynamic team in Madrid and help shape how our brands show up online. If you're creative, quick on your feet, and love seeing your work make a real impact, this is your moment. ?

As Content Creator, you'll be the creative engine behind our content, from the first idea to the final published piece.You'll own the content across every platform and format (video, carousels, static posts), making sure everything feels natural, on-brand, and genuinely worth stopping for.

This is a hands-on, highly creative role where no two days are the same. You'll collaborate closely with our Marketing Manager and Graphic Designer to keep everything aligned with brand direction, while bringing your own ideas to the table from day one.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Editing

• Shoot, edit, and publish content for TikTok and Instagram, across formats (short-form video, carousels, and static posts).

• Translate brand direction into content that feels organic, not forced.

• Stay on top of trends and know what's actually worth adapting for our brands.

Creative Planning





• Come up with creative ideas and build content briefs.

• Keep the content calendar organised and up to date.

Collaboration & Brand Consistency

• Work directly with our Marketing Manager and Graphic Designer to align on direction and feedback.

• Ensure every piece of content reflects brand guidelines while keeping a natural, authentic feel.

Required Qualifications

• Open, proactive personality, with a genuine willingness to get stuck in and a great attitude.

• Dynamic and comfortable speaking on camera.

• Very high level of English (written and spoken).

• Real references creating content for TikTok and Instagram; we'll want to see your work.

• Strong eye for aesthetics and ability to follow brand guidelines without losing authenticity.

• Comfortable working autonomously and owning your own content calendar.

Bonus

• Experience creating content for beauty, skincare, or wellness brands.

• Passion for health, wellness, or lifestyle brands.
