You will serve as the conductor between business requirements and technical infrastructure, ensuring that major upgrades, migrations, and cloud initiatives are executed with precision, security, and scalability in mind.What you will focus onStrategic Executio n: Taking full ownership of the end-to-end lifecycle for complex SAP technical projects—from initial planning through to go-live and operational stabilizationTransformation Leadershi p: Championing the migration to modern cloud environments, leveraging your deep technical expertise to guide the organization through its SAP RISE journeyArchitectural Stewardshi p: Aligning technical infrastructure with global business goals and overseeing the governance of multi-vendor landscapesCross-Functional Orchestratio n:



Coordinating and influencing diverse, general teams and third-party vendors to maintain technical and operational momentumWhat you bring to the tableDeep Experti se: A minimum of 10 years of experience within the SAP ecosystem, with at least 5 years concentrated on managing complex, large-scale technical projectsCloud Proficien cy: Advanced knowledge of S/4HANA and a proven track record of managing transitions and cloud transformations (specifically with SAP RISE)Technical Authori ty: Comprehensive understanding of SAP Basis, infrastructure management, and technical complianceInternational Experien ce: Significant experience working in matrix environments, capable of bridging the gap between local teams and global corporate standardsLeadership Minds et: Strong, persuasive communication skills and the ability to navigate high-pressure, multi-vendor environments
