We are looking fo r a Finance Process & Systems Mana ger to join our Controllership function at Noatum Logistics.In this role, you will strengthen financial data flows, system integrations, and reporting across operational and financial platforms, with a strong focus on Oracle ERP implementation and optimization.You will act as a key link between Finance and IT, ensuring that finance processes, system integrations, and data structures fully support accurate financial reporting and consolidation in a complex, international environment.Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and document end-to-end finance processes (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report)Ensure financial reporting requirements are embedded in finance processes and system integrationsIdentify and implement improvements in financial data quality and reporting consistencyDevelop and support standardized finance process practices across regionsSupport integrations and data flows between operational systems (including CargoWise)



and Oracle ERPEnsure accurate transfer of operational transactions into financial reporting platformsMonitor and support reconciliations and consistency checks between systemsCollaborate closely with IT on data quality, mappings, and system reconciliationsDefine finance requirements for system integrations and data structure designEnsure integrations align with reporting, consolidation, and financial control needsSupport Oracle ERP implementation, stabilization, and related workshopsContribute to finance system improvement initiatives and system design discussionsPerform financial data analysis to identify inconsistencies and improvement opportunitiesSupport monitoring processes and internal controls over financial data flowsDegree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field8–10 years of experience in finance roles (controlling, financial reporting, audit, or finance systems)Strong analytical skills and experience in financial data managementExperience working with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, Navision, or similar)Advanced Excel skillsExperience in multinational environmentsNice to have:
