We're running an influencer campaign to show the hospitality world what Hosco can do for careers — through real voices, not ads.

Whether you're a student enrolled in hotel or restaurant management, or a professional already working in hotels or restaurants, we want someone who lives and breathes hospitality to create one short, authentic video about what Hosco unlocks: finding the right opportunities, connecting with top employers, and growing in an industry you're proud to be part of.

COLLAB POST FORMAT
Instagram Reels (native collab): You post — @hosco_community is tagged as co-author.

The Reel appears on both profiles simultaneously.
TikTok: You post and tag @hoscocommunity in the caption.

We repost to our profile.

DELIVERABLE — 1 VIDEO, POSTED ON BOTH PLATFORMS
•Format: 30–45 sec vertical video,

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
•Minimum 10K followers on Instagram and/or TikTok [REQUIRED]
•Currently enrolled in hotel, restaurant, or hospitality management school or working in the industry
•Comfortable on camera in a natural, unscripted way
•Genuinely career-motivated in hospitality — not just a content creator playing a role
•Can deliver within 3 weeks of brief approval

WHAT WE PROVIDE
