Experteer Overview

In this role you drive sourcing and closing strategies to influence hiring goals and programs within Emburse. You will lead cross-regional recruiting initiatives, mentor teammates, and streamline processes to deliver a high-quality candidate experience.

You’ll work with diverse teams to expand pipelines, promote DEI, and humanize the hiring journey. This is a chance to shape recruiting methods at scale and partner with leadership on strategic talent decisions.

Responsabilidades

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5+ years in recruiting
- Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth environment
- Proficiency in managing sourcing and closing strategies in ambiguous situations
- Strong tactical and strategic recruitment skills
- Excellent communication across diverse audiences
- Ability to influence organizational goals and manage projects
- Experience driving process improvements and adopting new tools/methodologies
