Requirements * Proven experience in Internal Communications / Corporate Communications; * Ability to write and edit articles, announcements, and corporate materials; * Experience in launching or managing internal communication processes; * Strong written and verbal communication skills; * English — Upper-Intermediate or higher; * Ability to prepare reports and analyze communication results; * Adherence to confidentiality principles.

Will be plus * Experience in Fin

Tech / IT / digital companies; * Experience in launching internal communications from scratch; * Basic skills in visual content tools (Figma, Canva, etc.); * Experience working with corporate platforms and internal portals.

Soft Skills * Ability to work independently and take ownership; * Strong organizational and time management skills; * Proactive and solution-oriented mindset; * Ability to work with different stakeholders and teams.

Responsibilities * Develop and manage internal communications channels; * Write and edit internal articles, announcements,
